Dennis sold our condo in North Park and did a fantastic job, we got above our asking price and were in escrow after one day on the market. We also live out of town and didn't even have to come down one time, he handled everything for us, He is very honest, to the point and follows through. Dennis O'Brien is a knowledgeable professional and makes the home-buying process not only smooth, but enjoyable as well. I was on a bit of a timeline to find a home in San Diego and Dennis was able to expedite the search, negotiation, and purchase of a house without sacrificing a thing. I was into an awesome condo in under three weeks and I firmly believe it was all possible because of Dennis' 30 years of experience. Dennis' knowledge of the greater San Diego area was evident in his ability to quickly narrow the search down to only houses not only in my price range, but a home I could live in. It was very apparent he was more concerned about moving a PERSON into a HOME, not getting a client to buy a property. I could not recommend him more highly.
